How Leeto collects, uses and protects your information.

Leeto ("we", "us") is a ride-hailing service operated by Softserve Digital Solutions for use in Lesotho. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Leeto rider app, why, and the choices you have. By using Leeto you agree to this policy.

| Trip history | To show your past rides and support billing and safety. |
| Device identifiers, app preferences | To run the app and keep you signed in. |
| Crash and performance diagnostics | To find and fix problems (processed by Sentry). |
We do not sell your personal information.
Leeto uses location only while the app is open (foreground). We never request or use background location. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time, though the app needs it to book a ride.
You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or via our account deletion page. Trip and payment records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period and then deleted; they are no longer linked to an active account. See the deletion page for details.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel and processors.
Leeto is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
